跨界長笛家，策展人，教育工作者、廣播主持人

具備深厚的古典音樂訓練與高度跨域的演奏能力，林姿瑩是一位活躍於國際舞台的長笛演奏家、跨域藝術策展人、教育制度設計者與廣播節目主持人。她畢業於國立臺北藝術大學音樂系及音樂研究所，並於美國德州大學奧斯汀分校取得音樂藝術博士（D.M.A.）學位，長笛演奏受教於牛效華、樊曼儂、劉慧謹及奧斯汀交響樂團首席 Karl F. Kraber 等名師。求學期間屢獲全國性音樂比賽獎項，留學美國時更因其卓越表現獲得 Fondren、Mary A. Seller-Yantis、Laura Duncan Trim 等重要音樂獎學金肯定。

作為演奏家，她以多元音樂風格與跨域合作見長，長年深耕拉丁美洲音樂與巴西咻樂（Choro）研究。2010 年創立臺灣首支咻樂樂團《咻樂風 ChoroFun》與跨藝團隊《後台 BackStage》，演出足跡遍及美國、奧地利、俄羅斯、西班牙、日本、巴西、印尼、英國、祕魯與中國等地。她亦曾任美國長笛協會（NFA）亞洲區親善大使及拉丁美洲國際長笛大賽評審，致力推動國際文化交流與現代跨域表演美學。

在媒體領域，自 2012 年起擔任 IC 之音竹科廣播的特約節目製作與主持人。其節目《笛思林夢想之樹》以清新且具深度的風格廣受國內外華語聽眾喜愛，並多次入圍廣播金鐘獎，包括 2017 年「非流行音樂節目獎」、「非流行音樂節目主持人獎」，以及 2019 年「類型音樂節目主持人獎」。

作為教育工作者與制度創新者，她致力於以跨域整合、田野實作與科技應用為核心的音樂教育改革。自 2003 年返台任教於中原大學起，多次獲教學優良教師，創設「數位音樂學程」與「學士後數位音樂應用學位學程」。2015 年起任職於國立臺北藝術大學，主導創立二年制「學士後跨藝合創音樂學士學位學程」（IMPACT，2016–2022），後於 2021 年進一步推動轉型為四年制的「音樂與影像跨域學士學位學程」（MIT Program），建構「音樂編創 × 聲音設計 × 錄音製作 × 風格演繹」的專業整合模式，奠定台灣跨域音樂教育向國際接軌的重要基礎。

近年來，她主持多項國家級計畫，關注「田野踏查、場域實作、科技整合、跨域協作、社會參與」五大面向，涵蓋文化部流行音樂人才培訓、教育部創新創業教育、智慧跨域人才培育聯盟、藝術與美感教育、大學社會責任（USR）、藝術永續教育生態圈、科技藝術跨域研究等。她亦為多項政府與學術計畫的審議委員，並受邀於國內外進行學術與藝術教育分享。其領導的跨域課程革新與國際合作深受學界肯定；近年策劃的「藝術永續生態圈計畫」更以社區共創與跨域展演的方式，成為藝術與社會實踐融合的典範。

曾任北藝大研發長（2018–2022），現為國立臺北藝術大學「音樂與影像跨域學士學位學程 MIT Program」專任副教授兼學程主任，如今的她，仍在演奏、策展、教學與跨域合作之間前行，用藝術溫柔地連結人與人、地方與世界。她深信，每一次創作都能照亮一個生命，讓人們在故事與聲音中，看見屬於自己的那道光。

FLUTIST，CURATOR，EDUCATOR，RADIO HOST

With a strong foundation in classical music and an exceptional ability to perform across diverse styles, Jennie Lin is an internationally active flutist, interdisciplinary arts curator, educational innovator, and radio host. She graduated from the Department and Graduate Institute of Music at the Taipei National University of the Arts, and later earned her Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Her flute teachers include distinguished pedagogues Hsiao-Hua Niu, Man-Nung Fan, Hui-Chin Liu, and Karl F. Kraber, principal flutist of the Austin Symphony Orchestra. During her studies, she received numerous national music competition awards in Taiwan, as well as major U.S. scholarships such as the Fondren Scholarship, Mary A. Seller-Yantis Scholarship, and the Laura Duncan Trim Music Scholarship.

As a performer, she is known for her versatility and cross-disciplinary collaborations, with long-term research focused on Latin American music and Brazilian Choro. In 2010, she founded Taiwan’s first Choro ensemble, ChoroFun, along with the interdisciplinary group BackStage. Her performances have taken her across the United States, Austria, Russia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Peru, and China. She has served as the Asian Ambassador for the National Flute Association (NFA) in the United States and as a judge for the Latin American International Flute Competition, actively promoting cultural exchange and contemporary interdisciplinary performance practices.

In the media field, Jennie has been a producer and host at IC Voice Radio since 2012. Her program, The Dreaming Tree of Flute Music, is cherished by Mandarin-speaking listeners worldwide for its refreshing and thoughtful style. The program has received multiple Golden Bell Award nominations, including Best Non-Pop Music Program and Best Non-Pop Music Host in 2017, and Best Genre Music Host in 2019.

As an educator and educational innovator, she is dedicated to reforming music education through interdisciplinary integration, field-based learning, and technological applications. Since returning to Taiwan in 2003 to teach at Chung Yuan Christian University, she has received several Excellent Teaching Awards and established both the Digital Music Program and the Post-Baccalaureate Digital Music Application Program. In 2015, she joined the Taipei National University of the Arts and spearheaded the establishment of the two-year IMPACT Music Program (2016–2022). In 2021, she led its transformation into the four-year Music and Image Trans-disciplinary Program (MIT Program), integrating Music Creation, Sound Design, Recording Engineering, and Stylistic Performance, shaping a new model for cross-disciplinary music education in Taiwan.

In recent years, she has led multiple national projects centered on five key areas: field research, site-specific practice, technological integration, interdisciplinary collaboration, and social engagement. These projects span popular music talent development, innovation and entrepreneurship education, cross-disciplinary talent alliances, arts and aesthetic education, USR (University Social Responsibility) initiatives, arts sustainability ecosystems, and technology–arts research. She also serves as a reviewer for major government and academic programs and is frequently invited to speak on arts education and interdisciplinary practice both in Taiwan and abroad. Her leadership in cross-disciplinary curriculum innovation and international collaboration has been widely recognized, and her recent work on the “Arts Sustainability Ecosphere” project has become a model for community-based co-creation and cross-disciplinary performance.

Formerly the Dean of Research and Development at TNUA (2018–2022), she now serves as Associate Professor and Program Director of the MIT Program at the Taipei National University of the Arts. Today, she continues to move forward through performance, curation, teaching, and collaboration—using art to gently connect people, places, and the world. She believes that every act of creation has the power to illuminate a life, allowing people to see their own light through stories and sound.
